Celeste Bennett’s journey into dairy farming began in 2005, just six months after the birth of her second child—a bold leap into an unfamiliar industry. Nestled in the picturesque foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, she and her family transformed their farm into a thriving regional dairy business. Specializing in artisanal farmstead cheese, they achieved financial independence solely through farm income.
